Maybe join some local clubs, that are hobbies of yours. In your case, you might want to make sure its something that involves both genders for a better chance of getting to meet both boys and girls. Also it is SOOO not wrong for you to want a boyfriend. Actually, I REALLY want one too! I think 13-15 is the age to start dating. So good luck to you Millie!
