im 5'3 125lbs and a guy how much can ya bench, do lots of cardio and if your heart rate is in the fat burning zone you will zap away fat eat clean and that's about it
No that is impossible. You cannot gain muscle mass without ever gaining weight.
You can make your thighs and legs skinner without gaining any muscle by running long distance

jump up and down 50 times and then rest and then do 50 more and then walk outside and yell Hey!!" then come back inside and your lungs are all perfect and you have had exercise without gaining muscle. try this and i guarantee you this will work. Ive don't it before that's why I'm so thin and have muscle.
well, you can go to a class for ab workouts. pushups also help your arm strength as well.
