You are already UNDERWEIGHT, for your height, so do not lose any more weight because you will look anorexic.
Do not lose any weight , you are already UNDERWEIGHT for your height, this is NOT healthy.
Weight-wise? it depends on your body structure and genetics. typically anywhere from 100 to 135. but it could be more and still normal depending on your genetics and/or athleticism
Some are pretty accurate, but others are not. I would advise you not to use online BMI's because many are not accurate. Sometimes when they aren't accurate, they make you feel bad about yourself. They may make you think you need to lose weight, when you really don't.One specific BMI calculator that I would advise you NOT to use, is the one on calculator.net. When I used this BMI, I typed the following information into the calculator: age: 13 sex: female height: 5' 2" weight: 100 lbs. My results were healthy weight, which was ok. But it listed me in the middle range of healthy weight. Which wasn't a bad thing, but I honestly thought I should be in the lower range of healthy weight. So I experimented to see how accurate this BMI calculator actually was. I pressed the back arrow, and changed my weight to 90 lbs. and pressed the "calculate" button. It still said I was a healthy weight. I went back again, and changed it to 89. Still, healthy weight. I Changed it to 88. Healthy weight. I continued going down, to see how little I could weigh, and still be a healthy weight. According to the BMI calculator, I could weigh as little as 84 pounds, and still be a healthy weight.
Not if you're 5'10" it isn't. Your build (small, med, large) and your height (assuming there is not still growth) determine the range of what is considered a "healthy weight", at any age. yes.
Losing weight is still healthy even for a 5'6 male with a small frame.
The normal weight for a female who is 5'3 is between 105lbs to 130lbs.Depends on how much calories you eat , how active you are , and how much calories you burn. But don't worry. Your still growiing and if your not that's okay too! You are still healthy and beautiful. REMEMBER THAT! Dont let anyone tell you diffently. There are alot of insecure people out there who will do anything to make you upset. so ignore them. As long as your healthy and not living in a box you will be perfectly fine.
A general range for a female of 5'0 is 95-127lbs, BUTeveryone is different for different reasons. You may be over 127lbs and still be at a healthy weight for you. If you are concerned talk with your doctor, they are the ones that look at your past and current medical history to decide if losing weight would be benificial to you.
Yes. They shouldn't value that "ideal weight" so much that they lose sight of what a healthy weight is, and it is possible to have a higher BMI than average and still be perfectly healthy.
depends on if they are male or female ....male: around 60-70 lbs. ....female:50-60 lbs. (these are just estimates they could still vary)
Her performance and health will take a major turn for the worse. If said athlete is in fact an athlete she should be healthy and fit enough already. Although if this person would like to lose weight and still be healthy try going on a vegan/vegetarian dietosteoporosis and amenorrhea
You can use this website to figure out your BMI...please remember that this does not take into account if you have a lot of muscle, a more muscular person could weigh more but still be healthy. This will help you have an idea of a healthy weight for you. http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ I typed in your height and weight and you are at a healthy weight for your height :)
Cows are mature female bovines, born as healthy calves. Thus a still-born cow does not exist.
