Personally, I would recommend you list your priorities and focus on that priority. You can still take courses in either program of study, but be careful not to overload yourself, where it will create mental and emotional stress with the possibility of doing more damage then good. Acquire the vision. A clearly articulated picture of the future you intend to create for yourself based on a passion for what you want to do. Once you acquire that vision, your path will become clear. I would recommend you focus on one thing at a time. I am just wondering why you have chosen Biology as a major and where you hope to go with this degree. You might want to think about teaching biology within the deaf community.

You should probably major in the subject you want to teach and minor in education. Say you wanted to teach Biology, you could major in Biology and minor in secondary education. If you want to teach elemtary then you can major in elementary education or minor in it with a major in something you would like to teach.
