No, it isn't. God wants his children to be happy. If it were a sin he would not have allowed you to fall in love with this man. If you truley love him then wed him. it's not a sin to be in love. Opps there is that pesky warning in the New Testament about not being "unequally Yolked together with unbelievers" . so you have to consider if he is a Hindu or a Christian. If he will not renounce his Hindu beliefs & take the sacrement of Baptism, he has not showed himself to be a believer.
