That is a very healthy weight. To lose 15 pounds, you're going to need patience first. Next, just begin healthy eating. Cut out empty calories like soda and fast food (but don't limit yourself too much, a cookie or a piece of cake is alright once in a while!), drink a lot of water, and do regular cardio with strength training. Keep in mind that you need strength training and will not lose as much with just cardio!
