I am angry with mum locked myself in my room I am practically starved to death I can't go back down stairs cause mum will see and I am angry with her what do I do to get my mind of my hunger?

You need to calm down , ask your Mother nicely to give you a little space, eat and reflect on the reason why you are angry, then go ask your Mother if you can discuss things with her. Do NOT yell or pitch a fit. We respond more positively to a rational reasoned proposal. Sometimes no is no for good reason, and you just have to accept it. Don't make your home a battlefield over something that will be meaningless in twenty years .
