The father has as much legal right to the child as you do. You cannot simply choose to raise the child alone if the father has a desire to be involved in the child's life. As long as the courts don't find him to be a danger to the child, he will at least be awarded visitation and at most partial custody.
In regards to the other child, the judge will definitely take that into consideration. If he can show that he's providing good quality care to the other child, it will stand as proof that he is qualified to raise a child. If the quality of care he's providing is poor, it might hinder his case. It's entirely up to a judge.
It has never been mentioned on the show. As they have never mentioned the kids visiting their dad, I assume he does not have partial custody of them.
It is because the partial fractions are simply another way of expressing the same algebraic fraction.
Are you asking what rights does he have over the child? He is the legal father unless he signed something. He could do various things like have or fight for full custody or partial custody of the child. Just because you are or someone is married and they have a kid with someone else does not mean they have no rights they have the same rights as if the father was the husband. Also just my opinion every father should be able to have at least partial custody if they want it and I don't mean once every month I mean 50/50. The same with mothers. Answer 2: The new husband does not have parental rights unless the biological father gives us his rights. The best thing to do is seek legal counsel, ultimately courts will decide.
If he has partial or shared custody, or if he has been granted visitation rights, she is breaking the law. He should consult his lawyer and have the suit pressed in court. If he has no parental rights whatsoever, then too bad for him.
If you have not had your rights terminated and you still have joint custody you are entitled to visitation as set up by the court. If you have not been to court before over vistation and your name is on the birth certificate you still have the right to go get your child even if she has put the step-parent as caregiver. If you don't have your custody and she has full custody you may go to court and fight for your rights more than likely if you haven't lost custody over your acts then you will be awarded partial or joint custody so you could keep the child while she was in the military. Im in law school that's what rights you'd have in my state

No, the mother is no more entitled to custody than the father. If the father currently has temporary or implied custody, then a custody order must first be established before you can get partial custody or visitation rights. For example, if you moved out and left the child in the care of the father, you forfeited your custody rights until an official custody order has been established.

That depends on the state. In many states, if both parents have equal custody, then both signatures would be required.
