It is not possible to just copy and paste your game files over to a new computer. You may need to install all the gaming files onto the computer, the manually (install the games the way you did with your old computer).

Can you install a program on a storage drive?

When a program is installed, there are two vital parts to it: -the files part where the files are copied onto the hard drive -the registry file to "register" the programs and possibly connect those programs inside a computer. So yes, it is possible to copy the files to the hard drive but it is not possible to copy the registry files into a storage drive. (It needs an operating system). However, it is still highly possible to run these programs on different PCs There are also "portable" version of programs on Internet that can be used without installing, thus allowing for a use through a storage device.

Is it possible to download antivirus to one computer and transfer it to another?

Of course. When you download an antivirus software, you really download the installer of that antivirus not the program. When you double-click on it for install, only then the antivirus program will be "personalized" for that computer, and after that it can't be copied to another computer. When a software is installed some files will be copied in system's folder not only in that software folder.
