I am getting court martialed for refusing to get the flu shot. Can I be discharged for this Please no comments about why I need the flu shot. I just want to know what I'm facing. I'm active army.?

If you have failed to obey a direct order to get the shot, then yes, you can be discharged.
Added: (in the US) the above answer is not necessarily correct. You MAY not be discharged unless there are other factors. You really need to consult with your post's legal affairs office. You DO have the optiion of refusing the Flu shot but one wonders why you consider THAT shot worthy of more fuss than you would taking any of the other battery of shots and immuniczations you must undergo.

You can get W2 forms from the IRS. The wait time depends on why you were discharged. They may take you right away.

Ni-CD battery do need to be discharged completely before recharging it (I would recommend getting a discharger), Ni-MH batteries can be discharged but don't need to be, and Li-PO batteries should absolutely not be discharged completely, because they catch fire and explode when fully discharged (Ni-CD batteries have a memory effect, while Ni-MH and Li-PO batteries do not).

OK I am getting suspicious of the Fox News comment boards....I post as a liberal regularly and often I cannot either login from current IP or my comments don't appear or the page appears to not be updated. When I login from a different IP across the country (as an IT pro I have access to multiple computers with different addresses nationwide) I can post comments until that IP appears to be flagged.....someone needs to do an expose on how Fox censors comments from liberals on a IP/computer basis....anyone out there know what I mean?
