Well,here's the best advice I have for you I'm in 6th grade to and I like a smokin hot 7th grader,he hates 6th graders but I think he likes me.So you may need to put together all the things you know and find out or you can ask him or have someone do it for you nomatter what you can do it.But if you want to make it easier just write him a note or something.
