I don't think it's safe to lose weight rapidly. I know so many people who are having success with the Jenny Craig program and they also have a support group.
sports are good because it is nearly physical excercise every. expecially if you dedicate your self and major in your sport and get scholar ship. i promise if that's your goal , you will work hard and stay basically without trying. everyone needs excercise no matter who you are.

That isn't overweight at all. That actually is considered underweight! The minimum weight a 5'6 person should be without being underweight is about 115.
