I am non brahmin by birth and i am interested in MADHWA philosophy. How should i get converted to Madhwa?

Being Brahmin or Non brahmin is not criteria for being HINDU.
The speciality of Hindism is liberty and freedom to choose any GOD through a GURU.
Hence avoid taking non veg foods, find good GURU, do some service to really wanting people. Be good to all.
Doing good work alone is not enough, there are lot of things we need to do which is explained by Lord Krishna himself in Srimad Bhagavadgita. Start associating with ISKCON if you have any center close to where you stay as they as well belong to Madhwa Philosophy and follow them.

Any time can be chanted any where.
