It's quite likely your probation could be revoked and you may be sent to jail to finish the remainder of your sentence, while you are also being prosecuted for the new offense. Talk to you PO.
nothing if you dont go back to wyoming. it is just a misdemeanor. they dont care just stay out of their state.
This same thing happened to me. I went there thinking that i would be tested, but he actually just asks you a lot of questions. Plus nothing would happen anyway. It's not like they can do anything about it because your probation didn't start.
Simple. Just follow ALL the rules set forth in your probation documents and you will do just fine. JUST REMEMBER: Because you got probation does NOT mean you 'got away with it.' Probation is a sentence for being found GUILTY.
Probation is not a crime but does stay on your record, just as the crime that was committed.
It could happen so don't be surprised. Just get honest if it will be positive. Don't say it will be clean when you know it will not.
The judge decides whether you get probation, or not, and the terms of the probation. The Probation Officer just carries out the court's order and administers the probation order.
It all depends on your probation officer you could either be violated and taken in to jail or given a consequence like having to do community service for X amount of hours or a number of things it really all depends on your probation officer if you have a good relationship with your probation officer and have not messed up much then more than likely you will just be told to not do it again I have been on probation for 2 years and this is typically what I've seen
No, you just find a phone, but if you don't give it to the company, then it's stealing.
He will be tried for his new crime and sent to jail/prison to serve out his original sentence plus the new one. **They can put him in jail AND charge him for the first reason he was arrested for. Depending on why he is arrested for this time. They put him on probation, this means that they trust him not to get into trouble again. If he does, they can revoke his probation and keep him in jail. They also can just charge him with violation of probation and keep him for a few days or weeks in jail for that then release him again on probation depending on what he did to get arrested for this last time.
Yes, you can serve probation while still in jail if you talk with your judge and they like you lol. Just kidding , but my boy friend served 30 days because he didnt do his probation so he prettyy much just did jail time instead of probation
They will keep looking and schedule a later Court date. Someone from the probation office will cover the case. The Court will not just forget.
Stealing is a crime, period. Even just once.
