Being disrespected by one's partner is a serious issue, and can result in the dissolution of the relationship. It is best for the person who feels disrespected to directly discuss the issue with their partner. Let the person know that their behavior is undermining the relationship. Hopefully, they will change. If not, it may be best to move on anyway.
