There is a basic formula you need to remember, for ever 25 pounds of excess fat that you carry you need to drink an additional 8 cups of water daily. That is in addition to the 8 glasses doctors recommend that you drink every day. Try to spread your drinking of water out over the day. It is not good for your health for you to drink all of that water in one setting.
