I been going out with my girl friend for about two months and she is boring and never wants to hang out and I dont think she likes me how could I break up with her but still stay best friends?

Do the simplest thing. Ask her first why she is acting like this. She might realize what she is doing and change, or she might end the relationship then and there. If she doesnt have a response, or you want to try something different, Just tell her that you really like her, but you are wondering if she really likes you. She might be a little mad or dissappointed in you at first, but it sounds like it would be the best thing to do.
