take the car back and ask for them to repair the problem properly or you want your money back as the car they have sold you is unsafe and should not be on the road. There by the company who sold the car should have the problem repaired at once
Still under warranty. This is their problem. Have them check the power brake booster.
You can replace your brakes by bringing them into your local auto repair garage. If your car is still under warranty, you can also take it into your dealership for replacement or repair.
When you purchase brakes or brake pads from Midas Brakes they come with a lifetime warranty. The warranty is exclusive to retailers that offer Midas Brakes and installation.
The best brakes that you can purchase are brakes that has a lifetime warranty. You would have to go to an auto store to find out which brakes has a lifetime warranty.
Dealerships will have the right to sell any conditioned car but has to inform the customer that it has no brakes and etc. If the dealership fails to inform you and doesnt give you a paper that lets you know there is no brakes and you get into a collision then its 100 percent there fault but make sure before driving the car away you inspect everything before driving If the sticker says "as is, no warranty" they can sell it in any condition.
I had this same problem. Took the car to the BMW dealership (thank GOD it was still under warranty). They stated it was the brake booster and had to replace it. Took 2 days to do it. Don't know how much it cost since it was under warranty. Hope this helps!
The best place is at your local car maintenance shop or at the dealership where you bought the car. These places are more likely to know how to work with the type of car that you purchased.
Probably not if the contract you signed said "as is". Check your state lemon laws for buying vehicles.
You can take your vehicle to any Chevy dealership or any dealership because all of them repair brakes. Midas, CarX and Pep Boys are three other places that repairs brakes for your car.
I think brakes, break pads, and tires are not covered on a warranty. Normal wear and tear items are not covered, generally. Unless there was a manufacturers defect in them.
Only if they (the car dealership) DID NOT put that information on the Bill of Sale.
The best place I've found to get your brakes replaced is the local muffler man. Any type of smaller garage in your area will be able to take care of your brake problem at a fraction of the cost of taking it to the Pontiac dealership.
