I had this same problem. Took the car to the BMW dealership (thank GOD it was still under warranty). They stated it was the brake booster and had to replace it. Took 2 days to do it. Don't know how much it cost since it was under warranty. Hope this helps!

Well sonic pressure is one way to put it. I believe it's when they use high pitched frequencies to cause pressure feeling into your nerves, kind of like the one movie from the cube series.

You could have an inner ear infection if you are experiencing dizziness. You will need to go to a doctor to be diagnosed especially if you are having pressure in the head.
