I bought a galaxy s4 from some scammers and the phone is not turning on and it is not water damaged nor is the lcd broken I have no idea why it is not turning on Some one please help me?

You could a big problem on your hands. You could call the phone company and wee what they say or you have a broke phone.

UPDATE: IT TURNS OUT THE MOTHER BOARD WAS FRIED AND I HAVE TO REPLACE IT. jokes on the scammers.
