It's a scam. An "advance fee" scam in which you front money on the expectation of great payback and/or great opportunity.
There is no payback, there is no opportunity. I've removed the real number - which violated the rules - from the question.
As further proof, please know that anonymous user 69.171.161.137 asked that question himself, and then answered it himself, with high praise for his own venture.
That is called "shilling" and is an element of fraudulent activity, when done in pursuit of money.
