I cannot use my internet as i have no network drivers installed and the only way to install them is by using the internet also im using an ethernet cable which also isnt working Help?

If you need to download and install drivers but have no internet service, you can download to a thumb drive from another PC and then install from there. You can also try downloading to your phone and then plugging the phone in and using it as a removable storage drive.
