I have heard and seen a person sleep sing before. However, I am unsure if this person simply has some sort of problem/disorder.
you can, but i wouldn't suggest it
If you like to sleep a lot I suggest sleep foundation these Mattresses are often promoted as being “soft,” “plush,” or “cloud-like.”
There is no scientific evidence to suggest that the color purple specifically helps improve sleep quality. However, soft, soothing colors such as blues and greens may create a more relaxing environment conducive to better sleep. Ultimately, individual preferences for colors and their impact on sleep may vary.
If you have a problem with your sleep you can drink sleeping pills. I would suggest you contact your doctor.
Before I Go to Sleep was created in 2011-04.
go to bed before sleep.
Some studies suggest that teenagers need 8 to 10 hours of sleep a night.
you did not sleep enough the night before APEX :D
Yes. Just get as much sleep as you need. Your body will fully recover once you have got the right amount of sleep (particularly REM sleep). I suggest you have a weekend where you plan nothing but to sleep as much as you need. I know this sounds a bit ridiculous and too easy to be solving sleep deprivation, but I have studied sleep patterns and disturbances and this is the answer. If this doesn't help which it should, I suggest you see a doctor or find out the underlying problem of your sleep deprivation.
That is going to be different for everyone. For me, it was much easier to sleep right before going in. I found it VERY difficult to try to sleep right after coming home. It is a matter of preference. If you can sleep right after coming home, but have difficulty sleeping later, then stick with that. Either way, I suggest very thick curtains or putting tin-foil (I am southern!) on the windows to keep the sun out completely.
One hour before sleep.
