vacum leak
wiki answers should really put a posting date on this stuff... I am having same trouble with my v50 t5 - get someone with a vida system- diagnostics it will indicate which cylinders are misfiring and part of the numerical code given may give a hint as to the cause of the misfire. if there is a pattern to the misfire eg. 3,4,5 it could be the wiring to the coils ie. a dirty earth on that wiring set. A simple thing to check a weak point in all volvos in the fuel cap - it's cheap and very important to fuel pressure, which can also be cause of intermittent misfires - however would suggest errors for fuel pressure may come up on the mechanics vida system if it is fuel pressure problem eg fuel sensor low pressure etc..
fuel pressure regulator, or clog due to poor fuel, and check injectors
There is 2 main things that will do that. #1 The fuel injectors or fuel pump is going bad. #2 The timing belt needs to to be changed, which needs to be done every 35,000 to 45,000 miles after the first time it is changed.
Starter drag? Injectors leaking - vapor lock? Starter drag? Injectors leaking - vapor lock?
The distributer is a purely electrical device, it distributes the spark to the proper cylinder. If there's no fuel, check out the fuel pump.
If your Volvo S80 is misfiring, it is most likely time for a tune up. Because, either the spark plugs are damaged and/or corroded. Second is that you'll want to clean your auto throttle body to make sure that is worked well also.
It is the Volvo fuel injection relay . It provides the ground path for the fuel injectors. According to info I found, Volvo 1323592-1 is used as a cooling fan relay and as a noise suppression relay.
Left end (drivers side) of the rail the injectors are mounted in. They are notorious for failing.

Premium is recommended, however I spoke with an employee at a Volvo dealer who said it is not necessary but you should use it every three fill ups just to keep the injectors clean. I still use premium all the time and i would recommend the same!
The battery in the key fob of a Volvo v70 is changed by opening the case with a penny or nickel. The battery can then be taken out and a new battery slid into position.
everyone says it needs to be changed around 105,000 miles
