I downloaded Zootycoon2 animals opened the zoo tycoon folder pasted the downloads there went to play the game and they werent in the game went back to the folder and they looked like books?

The stupid downloads wont work and then I right clicked those files that looked like books and clicked extract files and the all these errors came up! HELP PLEASE :'(, WAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
