Well, I'm sorry to here that you dropped it in the water.... But, there's nothing you can do. You will have to buy a new one..... And, I know that stinks, cuz those things are pretty expensive.
This happened to me about 4 months ago unfortunatley no there is no way to fix it. I had to take it to a shop and they look inside and there is this little chip in there that changes colour when it hits water so I had to pay for a new one :*( hope this helped. sorry about your i touch
U know i smashed my Nintendo and dropped it in water (on purpose) it was freakin stuffin up on my like freezing, white screen and somtimes it would turn on AFTER i recharged it.
Then i left it on my window sill before i went to school. i came back it seemed dead. Then i recharge it and worked!
Put it in the sun for a while (6 hours) and recharge.
DONT ATTEMPT TO TURN IT ON
Make sure it dry and try to recharge!!
no the first is thicker and wider
Yes it is. Thus the name iPod TOUCH

Yes. iPod touch 3rd generation is just a 2nd generation iPod touch that's faster and includes support for newer operating systems.
Touch screen phones are this generation and the more electronic the better.
No, the iPod touch 4th generation or all iPods are not temperature sensitive, it is a group of "touch" sensitive appliances just below the screen.
The screen size is exactly the same. But, the back of the 4th generation is flatter, so if it is placed on a surface it won't wobble.
You can set the sensativity of the screen but it is fairly sensitive to touches.
You can buy an adapter from Apple that allows you to connect iPod touch to an external screen such as an HDTV. If I remember correctly, you have to have a second-generation or later iPod touch.
There is no way of cheating. As of yet anyway
