You do need help. You need to talk to a mental health professional. Every city has a Mental Health Clinic where you can talk to someone and tell them what you are going through. They will probably make an assessment and get you in to see a therapist. These services are usually paid for on some kind of sliding fee scale depending on your income. Good luck.

Thankfully technology has improved and we can now cut fabric with a rotary cutter, a sharp, pizza cutter like blade that can cut through four layers of fabric at a time. The better we cut our fabric, the better our quilt will come together and the easier the quilt making process will feel.

No you may be eligible for an apprentice position or wrapper but just jumping into meat cutter position is not likely especially for for a large company like publix.

Given that there are almost seven billion people on earth, I would assume that yes, there is someone like that. And I'm sure there is help for someone that feels like that. Be it an Alcoholics Anonymous-type thing, or just a therapist, I'm sure there will be someone to help.
