Remember your password in your head and click on forgot password. Carry on from there, as then you don't need to contact anyone. Just dont tell anyone your password. Don't do that if they haven't changed anything. You should go into account options and change your secret question AND password. The problem might be: 1. you changed it and u don't remember that u did. 2. Someone hacked into your account. 3. you have caps lock on. . :)
