I got bitten by a bug and it is black it looks a bit like a small beetle and it flys when it bit me i could feel it but now my hand is itchy should i be worried and what is this bug?

The itch will likely go away on it's own after a day or two. Keep it clean and use some hydrogen peroxide on it to disinfect the bite. I do not know what kind of bug it is, but there are no poisonous bugs in North America, so unless it gets worse I wouldn't worry about it.
