I got my period last week but for only 2-3 days and it wasn't that bad and now i have cramping like a period what does this mean I have had sex sometimes with a condom but no birth control?

You need to take a pregnancy test and call your doctor immediately if it is positive. It could be an ectopic. Or it could be just menstrual cramps or it could be an ovarian cyst or a bunch of other things.
Like I said above, you need to be seen immediately if pregnant. If not you can probably take some Motrin and call the doctor if it gets severe, is accompanied by nausea, or is not going away after a few days.
