I got my rabbits from the RSPCA and they won't let me pick them up what is a good to teach them not to be scared?

My advice is to take it slowly. If they're from the RSPCA, they must have had some background. Maybe they have been through a traumatic experience? Anyway, take it day by day. Feed them their food, and sit near enough that they can see you but not so close you put them off their food. When you feed them, try speaking in a non-threatening voice. Eventually, they'll come up to you willingly and eventually you can stroke them. They may be nervous at first, but you have to remember that you're the bigger creature and therefore you must go at their pace. If you still can't pick them up, you can do one of two things. Accept that you may not be able to pick them up, or ask an expert who can probably give help.
