I had a dream i was drowning I could see me sinking to the bottom and it was really calm i opened my eyes and the girl who i love was looking at me and she was letting me breath what does this mean?

When you dream that you are drowning and the girl that loves you is just watching then it's likely that the girl does not love you in the same way as you do. By letting you breath but not giving you a hand means that the girl can easily move on when you break up.
