You really just need to ask yourself if her "friendship" is worth your time and energy. I believe that relationships need to go both ways- if you are putting effort and energy into your friend, but she isn't reciprocating, then there is a problem. It sounds as if your friend's personality is not very compatible with yours. If you are saying you hate her, then that is a good sign to break off this friendship ASAP. You don't need to have a falling out, though. Just slowly begin to break your ties of communication- stop calling her, or texting her. This is how most friendships drift apart, consciously done or not. However, if you feel like this girl is someone worth sticking to, then you need to express your concerns with her. She may not even be aware of her actions. Being direct with her is the toughest, but most efficient way to solve your problems. If she doesn't seem to want to make an effort to change, then it's time for you to find some friends who make you happy- not ones who frustrate you and make your life miserable.
