I have PS3 laptop and desktop connected thru 1 router PS3 and laptop appear on same network but desktop which is connected thru ethernet does not What can i do to make it appear on the same networ?

You need to enable Media Servers from the PS3's option menu.
Then, go here: http://tversity.com/ And install the program onto your desktop, follow the instructions provided on the site.
Finally, configure your computer and PS3 as described on the TVersity website
