I have Sims 2 Freetime which allows your sims to have piercings but only if you give them piercings in Create-A-Sim mode- so how do sims I've already created get piercings?

build a shop and in the section were you find racks of clothes and there should be a jewelery case. then have your sims visit the shop and buy jewelery and when you get home change your appearance
