I have a 2005 dodge magnum. my emergency brake is fully engaged and i can not release it. can you help me release the break so i can drive it?

If you look down just behind the emergency brake there is a little black plastic object maybe the size of a quarter you can push that and release the brake.

Try to grab the release mechanism , where the handle was, with a vice grip or pliers. Push down slightly on the emergency brake pedal to relieve pressure on the locking mechanism. You should be able to pull the release out.
