If it is on the front of you neck, kind of like a second Adam's apple, you need to see a doctor asap!
It could be a thyroid problem, and, while hopefully not, could be tumor from thyroid cancer.
I know form personal experience, however, (you can smile now) thyroid cancer is very treatable if caught early on.
The likelihood that its cancer is small, (larger if you are young like me) however, there's always a chance.
