I have a 89 chev iroc with a 5L fuel injection Starts but only runs for a few min before shutdowns and won't start until it cools off I have changed the fuel pump filter rotor cap and coil?

The fuel injectors may be clogged causing the engine to shutdown. It may be getting enough fuel to restart for those few minutes.
