92 to 95 Chevy only changed the interior. the motors should be the same.
most 88-98 Chevy pickups are basically the same. the only difference between yhe cheyenne and silverado is the trim.
A Chevy Cheyenne and Silverado are the same its just that they changed the name in Mexico from Silverado to Cheyenne
difference in a cheyenne and silveradoChevy cheyenne was a lighter duty model, normal difference would in the frames thickness and suspension capabilities, the silverado was made on a heavier frame and the rear gearing might be a little different to allow for more initial torque when towing a heavy load or when hauling, being as how the silverado it consider the best of the Chevy truck series, for towing, being beat by only one other on the market... the Chevy Suburban which has been the leading vehicle on the market for years as perfoming the best when towing....
Silverado's are the more luxurious version. They have carpeted floors and leather seats. Cheyennes have vinyl interiors and bench / couch seats.
A 1989 Chevrolet Silverado and a 1993 GMC Cheyenne are two totally different body styles. With that being said then no the body parts will not interchange
there is no real difference between the two except for a few frills. my cousin has a 96 silverado, i have a 96 cheyenne, nearly every single part is interchangable between the two.
The Cheyenne is a base model compaered to the Silverado. Excluding power windows, power locks, tilt wheel, and interior carpet. my 91 1500 Cheyenne has tilt & cruise from the factory.
They are designations of trim levels. The Cheyenne is usually optioned only slightly better than a work truck with manual windows, locks and rubber floors but they are still options, The Silverado is the higher trim model with a higher base price and more standard features like power windows, mirrors, locks and carpet with bucket seats and alloy wheels. .
160 Hp. 235 ibs of torque
Silverado was the premium trim package for the C/K 1500 series pickups. The 1500 simply denotes the half ton configuration. Other examples of trim packages for the 1500 Series were the Scottsdale, the Cheyenne, the W/T, and the 454 SS.
About 260 HP and 250 lbs. torque.
the 454 out of the chevelle in 73 had 265 horse.
