I have a 93 integra and once the engine is warm the idle goes up and down between 1000-100 rpms. What could cause that?

Idle control unit. it's under the throttle body. Has three hoses. take it off . don't lose the springs. One end has a cover, take it off. you will see nylon cap w/slots on either side. the nylon piece is the problem. take it apart and clean it. when you put it together dab a little lock-tite on the threads. tighten, then back off one turn
