I think you meant that your best friend has another best friend with whom she\he spends more time !
in that case.. not necessarily..
everyone has their own comfort space.. and maybe she\he is much more comfortable with the other person.. doesn't mean they are ignoring you!

you might just be over reacting .. and he\she is equally close to both of you and you maybe thought wrong!
