Absolutely. If it is truly a collector's grade, sell it and buy a cheaper one with an excellent barrel--you'll have enough money left over to have the gunsmithing work done and to pay for the scope.
Yes. You will lose 50-60 percent of the collector value if you do these things.

He wanted all the posh bits and pieces such as rich paintings and stained glass to be removed
I assume your on Aurora? If not then this is a general question. The thing is Stained glass art didn't completely influence or inspire the illumination. The question is not phrased very well. I know how hard it was to find info, so I am posting this. This was my answer- what I found: "Stained glass developed in PARALLED to manuscript illumination. The stained glass was striking and drew people's eyes-use of similar colors, drawing(shapes in the glass) and medallion frameworks were also used in manuscripts for a similar reason. Stained glass panels in churches and cathedrals often illustrated stories for a largely illiterare populace. To show those who were illiterare, or those who couldn't read very well, what was going on." -MH Please don't completely copywrite my answer:)
" What is the information web-site for the collectors to get informed about wanted antiques? "
No, owning a stamp machine wouldn't be useful to you as a collector, unless you wanted it for decorational purposes. If it's just the stamps you collect, I suggest finding a nice box to put them in.
No you can't do any of that. Plus if you wanted to be New Goblin, buy Spiderman3 Collectors Edition for PS3.
Côte d'Ivoire President Félix Houphouët-Boigny chose his birthplace of Yamoussoukro to be the future site of the new capital city of his country in 1983. The president wanted to memorialize himself with the construction of "the greatest church in the world". He commissioned a stained glass window of his own image to be placed beside a gallery of stained glass depictions of Jesus and the Apostles. This image of Houphouët-Boigny depicts him as one of the Three Wise Men, kneeling as he offers a gift to Jesus.
i found out, unfortunately, to get you to share private stuff with him so he can twist it and try to use it against you later. he stalked me when i wanted out, then when i went to court for a restraining order he brought up and twisted all kinds of things.
The tax collectors were responsible for gathering in the revenue that was needed to keep the empire running smoothly. There were three types of tax collectors, the governors, the imperial auditors and the tax farmers. Many times the governors of a province would collect the revenue, take out his share and send the rest to Rome. There were also "tax farmers" who contracted with the government to collect a certain sum from an area. Anything over the amount that Rome wanted went into the tax farmers' pockets. There was also, on occasion, an imperial team of auditors who had the authority to investigate anyone suspected of withholding funds that rightfully belonged to the government.
