Yes you can, but I don't recommend doing it yourself. There's a treatment called "Rubber Band Ligation" where your doctor puts two rubber bands at the base of the internal hemorrhoid with a special artifact. The point is that it stops blood irrigation to the hemorrhoid and it will dry out and subsequently fall off. And I say I don't recommend doing it yourself because I already tried it. Since the theory seemed simple, I used two small and tight rubber bands used for dental braces to wrap an external hemorrhoid I had in hopes of suffocating it. I succeeded in wrapping it but the problem came in an hour or so: the pain was unbearable. The hemorrhoid swelled and turned purple, but it was hurting so bad and I wanted to see if it was going to work so I let it some more time and took a nap in hopes of waking up with the pain relieved. After waking up a few hours later the pain was soothed, but it came back after a while and it was much more worse than before, and the hemorrhoid was turning bright red. The pain was so intense that it just worsened with everything I tried to relieve it, including warm water, and so I decided to remove the bands before something wrong happened. It was quite difficult to remove them since they were so tight and the hemorrhoid burst open in the process with a little hemorrhage. That's a true story and I don't recommend doing anything risky to your anus just by yourself. Go see a specialist.

If it's a big ammount of blood, go to a doctor. Otherwise it's propperly a hemorrhoid. But if it's a small ammount, it isnt a very big issue. I once had this problem. Here's the story: I was having a poo and I let it out fast. Then I tried to get another poo to come out. So I sat there pushing and pushing. When I wiped my behind blood came on the tissue. My computer typing things when I'm not typing. I tried unplugging everything from my computer. It types things that I have typed before. Restarting my computer does not fix the problem. I may factory reset but I thought I would take my problem here first?
