I have a one and a half year old female cat with a bleeding sore on the back of her neck and she was lying the the litter tray tonight but not doing the toilet does anyone know what's wrong with her?

There is no way to know what is wrong with the kitten without taking it to the vet. It may have been in a fight and the wound needs attention. It is not normal for a cat to lie in a litter box. It needs medical help.
