It could be porphyrin, which is mucus that can come from the nasal passage or eyes when rats are under stress or sick. It could have happened while she was bathing herself.
You can also examine her for scabs or scratches that may have happened in the cage that you hadn't noticed before.
Pine and cedar shavings have aromatic oils that are released and are bad for the respiratory system in rats. If you are using wood shavings, you can use Aspen safely.
Overall, if she is acting fine and eating, she is probably okay. Just watch her closely for any odd behavior.
