I have an IUD and started spoting the other day after not having a period for 2 years should i worry and go to the doctor?

I don't think you should worry but it would be a good idea to just have a checkup and check in with your doctor.

It means your period is irregular and it may be you just started having a period or have been ill or under stress. If this continues go see your doctor and get some help.

Implantation happens on the 16th day after ovulation. You might get cramping and some spoting but not everyone get the symptoms.. I know i had no spoting with my first and i had my implantation 2 days ago with no spoting. So it takes 2 to 3 days for completion..then you can test next week when your period comes on. good luck

You could have an infection and it's time to see a doctor. This does not mean you are pregnant or have cancer!

From my first to second period ever, I went 2 months. Again, everyone is different, and if it reaches 6 months of not having it, I would maybe consider going to the doctor.
