You can take air pills, beta blockers, induce vomiting, etc, however when all that money is spent on that useless crap and the damage from those routes are done, you'll be back face to face with the same problem. You need to either eat less calories that you are expending, excise to compensate for the extra calories you are ingesting, or for best results, both. The problem is "quick fixes" is that once you stop, all that weight will come back because you've only masked the problem.
