I have been answering a lot of questions on WikiAnswers but I have only got 2 trust points and cannot get the Premier Answerer position why is that?

It is probably because although you have answered many questions, they have not been of the highest quality or are incorrect.

It really depends what position your currently at. If you are at 90 then you have ways to go, in order to get even close to being #1.

People should answer honestly when answering interview questions regarding the reason for working at a particular company. They should also mention how they heard about the position and what grabbed their attention.

I could not speak for others, but with my changing position on WikiAnswers I do, and I always announce these updates in positions. I always keep in mind though that the purpose for WikiAnswers is to ask and answer questions, not just to have an amazing profile (it's okay if you do both).
How do you nominate Supervisors for PA on WikiAnswers?
You can not nominate a supervisor for the position of a Premier Answerer because you can't be a PA and a supervisor at the same time. Supervisors are only able to nominate regular users for either the position of a PA or supervisor. PAs do not get any additional tools like a supervisor does and it is just a badge to show that you have made a lot of great answers to the site.
