Sure not!!! If he would be interested in living with you, he wouldn´t live with his wife anymore. This wouldn´t cost that much. So why do you want to throw away your money? You can´t even be sure if he would stay with you - so leave it... Take the pleasure he gives you - but always have a look for another man... who isn´t in a relationship. All the best to you.

Do you have to agree to a divorce if you know you will not be able to afford child support and alimony?

Whether you agree or not is irrelevant. You cannot force your spouse to stay married to you because you don't want to pay child support. The court will schedule a hearing and will issue support and visitation orders. You should hire a good attorney who can advocate on your behalf. You cannot stop the divorce.

What keeps two people married for 50 years?

We have been married for 38 years. My hubby says it's because we could never afford a divorce. Actually, I think patience, honesty and a good sense of humor help a lot. His parents were married 60 years.

Is it adultry if separated?

Not necessarily - if you decided you are separated and seeing other people then no. If you are just taking time to see where things are and are cheating during that time then really you have found your answer - you should not be married as really if you still want to be with that person separated or not and the possibility of getting back together you should not and would not cheat.

Have not lived with husband for 4.5 years he has girlfriend you want a divorce what to do?

Get a lawyer, one you can afford. And divorce him, whether you love him or not you deserve better. It sounds as if there were problems in the first place. Go get your local phonebook and start searching for divorce lawyers. Call and get estimates like you would on buying a car, and figure out which one is best for you. If you can't afford a divorce, then try loans and such, or help from family. Someone will stand behind you!

You want a divorce for free spouse is out of state?

Good luck with that! You can get a divorce, but "attorney" is a profession that comes with the expectation of making a living...just like a dentist! If you need legal assistance to do something - like get a divorce, you have to pay for it, just like that filling! The "if you can not afford council, one will be appointed.".yada, yada - is for criminal cases, not for civil. Well, you paid to get married, you pay to get divorced. You are trying to get out of a legal contract. But you can price shop for divorce attorneys. Good luck!

I am in divorce proceeding for divorce and my spouses attorney is asking for my immigration status so am I obligated by law to share my immigration status in civil divorce proceeding and court?

If you do not already have a lawyer it is wise to get one to protect your rights. If you do have a lawyer then your lawyer should be advising you whether you need to show your immigration status. If you cannot afford a lawyer the courts will provide a lawyer for you.

Is love marriage scoring over arrange marriage?

The divorce statistics shows that in countries where arranged marriages are current are the countries where the divorce rates are lowest. Also maybe because people from these countries can't afford a costly divorce.
