If you have been feeling real depressed because you got really angry at your friend and have not been talking to her lately you should apologize for getting angry with her if you are sorry for it, or explain to her why you were angry and see if you can work it out.

sometimes, if your just having a bad day you can seem depressed. or if you bottle up your feelings and don't express how you feel and let people walk all over you then you will be upset all the time or be depressed. you can cure this by talking to a doctor or even talking to you best friend or trusted person about how you feel about things. Let yourself vent. and if you don't want to tell people how you feel because of a fear about being judged, write in a journal. that's what helps me. try it, you may never know
